2027 entries are submitted online from November 15, 2026 to January 15, 2027. The annual cycle:

- February 28Dance begins, the first confirmed 2027 class date
- March 11Festival ends, Gala Awards Night

Have the participant's contact information, birthdate, teacher information, selection details, performance length, and any required props ready before you begin. The exact requirements and payment options vary by discipline.

Adults may enter, but age divisions, residency areas, scholarship eligibility, and Provincial eligibility differ across Music, Dance, and Speech and Drama.
