The exact Speech and Drama date is still to be announced. Registration opens November 15, 2026 and closes January 15, 2027.

Four ways to take the stage.
- PoetryLyric, narrative, dramatic, sonnet, and other poetry.
- ProseStorytelling from a work of fiction, without acting it as a scene.
- SceneA monologue from a published play.
- ShakespearePoetry, dramatic monologues, and group scenes.
Class types
Choose the entry that fits.
Competitive
Ages 6 and older. Performers receive adjudication and a placement certificate. These classes do not qualify for Provincials.
Online
Record a program, upload it to YouTube, and receive written adjudication later.
Provincial stream
Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Speech and Dramatic Arts programs combine poetry, prose, and drama.
