Piano.

Piano runs solo, duet or trio, and Concert Program classes. Repertoire is taken from the current or one previous Royal Conservatory of Music or Conservatory Canada syllabus unless the class says otherwise.

Pop, Jazz and Blues, and Own Composition classes may use repertoire outside those syllabi when it matches the student's current level.

How classes are grouped.

• Junior, Pre-Level 1 to Level 3
• Intermediate, Levels 4 to 7
• Senior, Levels 8 to ARCT

Music scholarship eligibility requires at least two competitive classes, excluding ensembles. Memorization is encouraged but is not compulsory. Using sheet music results in a two-mark deduction.
